Transactions

All of our transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) on PayPal's secure website. PayPal gives you secure credit card payment options for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay with your existing PayPal account. Your financial information is never exposed to us; it is securely stored on PayPal's servers and used only to fulfill your order.

Shipping & Handling

We will normally ship your order within 24-72 hours. Your order is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery averages between 2 to 5 business days for U.S. destinations from the date of shipping. The average number of days may vary based on destination per the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us for faster delivery services, delivery outside of the U.S., and additional charges that may apply to orders greater than the amounts shown below.

U.S. Destinations:

Orders up to $19 USD: $4.99 USD

$19.01 to $75 USD: $7.99 USD

Orders over $75: $9.99 USD

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applied to all purchases within the state of Illinois. All other orders are tax free. Sales tax is not applied to shipping & handling charges.

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier! Simply browse our Online Store and click the Add to Cart button associated with your desired item. You will then be taken to the shopping cart for viewing your order and adjusting the quantity to purchase. You can add more lures to your order simply by clicking 'Continue Shopping'.

When your order is complete, simply click the View Cart button located at the top of our Online Store and you will be returned to your shopping cart. At the shopping cart you will review your order, enter shipping destination for calculating shipping & handling charges, and click 'Proceed to Checkout'. During checkout you will be asked for a few more details to complete your order.

Order Inquiries

C.S. Lures is committed to quality customer service and customer satisfaction. If you are experiencing a problem or have questions about your order, please contact us immediately using our contact form. We will make every effort to respond to your order inquiry within five to seven business days. Please include original order date, products & quantity ordered, method of payment, and the problem or inquiry you are having. We are happy to resolve your issue and answer your questions in a timely and effective manner.

We do not disclose customer information to third parties other than order details used during the order fulfillment process with PayPal. Cookies are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

Legal

Purchaser agrees to not take legal action against C.S. Lures, Inc. for any reason(s) regardless if C.S. Lures, Inc. may or may not be at fault or in non-compliance with any State, Federal or local law, code or regulation(s). We reserve the right to reject orders for any reason.
